FILA warmly welcomes rising tennis star Jaqueline Cristian to its global athlete team. By signing a new sponsorship agreement, FILA is expanding its international tennis portfolio to include one of the most exciting players currently on the WTA Tour.
The 27-year-old Romanian looks back on an outstanding 2025 season, during which she reached her best-ever WTA singles ranking of No. 39 and established herself as her country’s No. 1 player. Her steady rise was crowned by winning her first WTA singles title at the WTA 125 tournament in Puerto Vallarta. In addition, she reached the final in Rabat that same year and advanced to the third round at three Grand Slam tournaments as well as three WTA 1000 events—impressive proof of her consistency and competitiveness at the highest level.
