Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason by providing written notice (e.g., letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this notice or the delivery date. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice in a timely manner. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our online withdrawal form. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the withdrawal notice, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Exclusion:

The right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Section 312d (4) of the German Civil Code (BGB), to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the customer’s personal requirements. This applies in particular to goods that are specially produced according to the customer’s wishes as part of textile finishing, for example by flock printing or similar methods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the goods and payments received by both parties must be returned.

If you are unable to return the goods received to us in whole or in part, or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for any loss in value.

In the case of goods, this does not apply if the deterioration is solely due to an inspection of the goods of the kind that would have been possible for you in a retail store.

In all other respects, you can avoid an obligation to compensate for any loss in value by not using the goods as an owner would and by refraining from anything that may impair their value.

For returns relating to an order with a total order value of up to EUR 40.00, excluding shipping costs, you must bear the cost of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.

Customers from outside Germany must bear the return shipping costs themselves.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging. If this is not possible, you must ensure that the goods are packaged in a manner that prevents damage during transport.

The customer shall be liable for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
